Takealot's disregard to refund double payment.

I Placed an order with Takealot 2 weeks ago and there was a glitch where I paid online but it was marked as COD for the driver. As I needed the stuff I paid the driver cash but Takealot has not refunded me, nor have they responded to me in over a week.
