Takealots disregard and appalling unprofessionalism toward customers

First off, I’m a takealot more member. I ordered a gift for someone on takealot, after 2 weeks of waiting, they sent the complete wrong product of a lesser value. When I requested a replacement of the product with the correct item I had purchased repeatedly with the consultant who logged my return for me. However they refunded me instead with no communication or confirmation from my end. And at this time of the month for me bank charges will go off amongst other things and I will no longer be able to afford what I ordered in time to present the gift. Takealots complete disregard and absolute disrespect for their customers is by far the most unprofessional I’ve witnessed in my lifetime.
