Takealots disgusting service

Bought a tablet from Takealot but the microphone was faulty. We sent it back. A few days later Takealot called to say they couldn't access the tablet because it had a password and they were sending it back to us so we could remove the password. We are still waiting for our tablet it's been 2 weeks and nobody can tell us where it is. Takealot service is absolutely appalling. I will never recommend them to anybody.
