TAKEALOT'S DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!

I purchased a bottle of perfume for my daughter for Xmas: 1 x "Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue EDT 50ml For Her" at a cost of R 699.00. She has now told me that the atomizer is faulty and cannot dispense any perfume after only using this product a few times. TAKEALOT's returns policy does not include perfumes. I have spent R700 on something that is faulty and cannot be enjoyed. I have made several purchases from TAKEALOT and will never purchase anything EVER again from this organization. They had this perfume on special and one wonders if they actually got it cheap because it was a defective product. I am extremely disappointed by their casual attitude towards my being out of pocket by R700. This is just not acceptable.
