Takealots customer service is awful

A few days ago we returned a phone along with headsets and the charger and then not long after we get an email saying that we did not return everything which in fact we did but still they accuse us of lying and they threatening to cancel the return and not give us our money back which is wrong. Worst service ever. Definitely considering never using takealot again
