Takealot's bad service

I ordered 2 sets of earphones 2 months ago but it ended up being the wrong brand so I requested a return. I was given a date but on the day of collection I got an email saying the pickup was canceled and will be rescheduled, but yet again on the rescheduled date it got canceled again. I called in and they told me they will sort it out, then I got another pickup date but it got canceled again. This went on for a month with me calling in and them giving me dates then cancelling. And then it became two months now. I received an email the past weekend from them asking me why is my return being canceled like I'm the one canceling it. I send them an email back and haven't heard from them yet.
