Takealot's after sales service does not exist
For three times in a row, Takealot has sent my deliveries to Glen Marais in Kempton Park instead of Upington in Northern Cape, causing serious delays. Now, once again, they did the same thing. I've emailed them several times, without any real proactive response. These delays cause my dog to miss her medicine doses, which could seriously harm her. They haven't even responded to my last three emails. I think their service would've stunk, had it actually existed. Antoinette Keyser

08 May 2024, 14:30Well, unfortunately, I now have to revoke my previous two comments about Xavier's so-called good service. I have emailed him twice about a new order that, yet again, went to the wrong courier facility, and have had NO RESPONSE from him.
What is more, I AM STILL WAITING FOR SAID ORDER, and am not even sure whether I will be getting my FULL DELIVERY since, somehow, half of my order was YET AGAIN, sent to Kempton Park instead of Upington who, in due course, let me know that my order is on its way... while the other half that was NOT sent to Kempton Park, STILL SHOWS AS NOT SHIPPED!!! HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT, TAKEALOT???
This time, no matter if the order arrives on time or not, I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A POSITIVE COMMENT, SINCE YOU SIMPLY DO NOT DESERVE IT!!!!!
