Takealot?,Rather Givealot FRUSTRATION!!!

Ive order 2 Items for my son for christmas on the 20th of November 2018,on the 23rd Ive recieved only one item,after contacting Takealot,ive recieved a email confirm error on their side and it will be rectified.On the 28th I contacted Takealot again after not recieving my item,they used black Friday as an excuse and after the call recieved an email again confirming the error on their side and this time say it was a packaging error and the item was sent off to couriers,I will recieve it soon,today I contacted them again the lady told me her computer showed DELIVERED!!!,although I havent recieved anything!!!,she promised me a reply within the next hour,until now NO reply,Im very frustrated!!,I use Wish alot without issues!!,I quess supporting local isnt a good idea,and will rather stick to Wish.
