TAKEALOT(of your own time)

I'm highly dissapointed with takealot, after having been sent an SMS from FNB telling me that my card had expired and that takealot will be in touch with me to arrange delivery of my new card, takealot phoned me but did not even let it ring twice and dropped the call. after that I received an SMS saying that I need to phone them. So I did and after consecutively being on hold for more than half an hour and being transferred constantly and promised call backs I have now given up.

Sadly this brings my personal impression of takealot down, and it makes me think why can FNB not handle their own card deliveries? Im not going to try again to contact takealot.
