Takealot........of time !!!!

Today is day 21 from the date i initially (and still) am trying to return a faulty item bought at Takealot!!

Pathetic customer service!

Only one sided opinions and solutions with absolutely no regard for the customers rights, wishes!

Ridicilous exchange solutions, the item i am being offered in exchange not even the same value and quality as the item i purchased!

Not even a phone call from the Takealot customer service department after my initial Hellopeter complaint!

They clearly can afford to lose clients, so why support them?!
