Takealot!!!!!not impressed

Very upset with Takealot How do u justify this????? Ordered a massager of R330 Instead of telling us there is no stock, would you like a Refund or even do we want to wait till stock arrives ....they send us something that we didn't ask for and to top it off it only cost R160......disgusting to think they didn't even send email or even ask if they can refund the difference......let's just take the clients money who cares.......
