takealot.no communication

Placed my order on the 6th February for next day delivery because my niece sent me her last minute birthday (her birthday was on the 8th February) present request. So paid for fast next day delivery but come the next day no delivery because they sent it to the wrong courier location so it couldnt be delivery, which was still find because they could still delivery it on the day of her birthday. All this but still no email communication stating that they wont deliver on after i sent a request which was a struggle to find how to contact them, only for them to apologies and say it will be rescheduled it is already the 12th February and i have yet not received my package.
