Takealot....nah...

Really starting to get tired of Takealot's use of misrepresentation of products and prices to get sales. Provide them with clear evidence of misrepresentation and it takes them 2 months and a threat to go to the Consumer Council before they remove the product from their listing. They dont reply to mails and there is no direct contact number on their website to get hold of them. There is one obscure number that pops up when you try and return a item but you can never speak to the same person twice. Really starting to get peeved with them. They just dont care...
