#TakealotMustFall these are people who have empty promises

Please stay away from these *********** people, I want to say *******, because they stole from me.

Firstly I logged a return they promised to collect on a Monday and nobody arrived after I had mad arrangements for people to to be at home.

They have 21days return policy (which states that if a return is not processed within that time, they will automatically refund) which has not happened.

I emailed them about 50 times spoke to many many many different people (Nicole Hartzenburg, kelly lazania divine, Astley Alaart, Taahira Sallie, the list can go on) each one ignores the question about the 21 days and all I get is a standard response, oh we apologize for *****ing and go to hell that's basically what it says.

DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THEM, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE I KNOW WHO HAS HAD A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE WITH THIS BUNCH OF *********** FOOLS.
