Cancelled an order (Laptop) through them on the 11th of May because it was refurbished, the order nonetheless got delivered to my house thrice, resulting in me missing my exams. I have been mailing, dm, calling, inboxing since, the matter has not been resolved. Also lodged a return of a faulty power bank, 6 days ago, it's still here not a single word from them about it. This inconvenience happens in a very difficult time of loosing my dearest family member. I am beyond angry
