TAKEALOTMORE SUBSCRIPTION BUT STILL BEING CHARGED R7500 DELIVERY

I'm so irritated, I've paid my R39 subscription for Takealotmore, but when I try check out I'm still being charge R75 delivery, why is that? My order is over R500, my subscription is active, I can't find the answer on any of your help pages, I need my order placed ASAP.
