TAKEALOT...more like. TALKALOT OF sh#$

I bought a black sodastream. I requested a return. The item was in its original box and unopened. They declined the return based on the fact that the seal was broken. Which is impossible because THERE WAS NO SEAL in the first place..so how do I unseal something that was not sealed in the first place. I sent them a video of me opening the item and showing it looks exactly like the other one I didn't open.. they both don't have seals...i have videos and pictures to prove that there was never a seal on that box. There is no evidence of a seal being there or being removed.
