TakealotMore is less....poor service

Ordered a phone that I needed urgently, from takealot. Got same day delivery as I WAS a takealotMore subscriber. I've just canceled my subscription. They delivered, instead of a Samsung a56 with charger, 2 collapsible water bottles, a sleeping cap, and a tooth brush. I immediately let them know the order was a hash, but despite that, and needing a phone desperately, my order is still not resolved 4 days later. So they have my money, I have nothing and despite my very concise answers to them, I get the same dribble of please wait for 2 to 3 days.... Which is long past. Horrid service considering I'm paying for their "premium" product. Signed NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
