Takealotmore is a con
Love Takealot. Reputable firm. Bought on and off over the years. Looking microwave and airfryer. R200 delivery fee. Usually with the online companies i use, and, wasn't takealot the same, over x amount delivery is free. But takealot suggest you join TAKEALOTMORE where it says delivery is free as long as you've purchased for over R500. I decided to go the standard option of R39 a month because I don't buy all that often. When I checked out to purchase, I was still charged the R200 delivery fee. So I phoned, and was told it's because the items are bulky, the weight of item is also taken into consideration. So to me takelotmore is just a con.

06 Mar 2025, 17:50I must add that I purchased items from Takealot using pick up method (not deliver to home). It works perfectly...so 5 stars. One of the items isn't as big as I expected so I logged a return, again very easy so 5 stars...and I took the item back to the pick up depot...again very easy so another 5 stars.
