Takealotmore is a ****

I don't think I will renew my Takealotmore service again.

Packages don't come on time. Order before 10 AM get it same day delivered by 7 PM is such a lie. I ordered something last night that promised to be delivered by 7 pm today - Saturday 25 April 2026 and it has not been delivered. This happened on my last delivery also where it was promised same day delivery and that too never happened. The driver who brought my package said there were no drivers available? Why then make the service available and then not be able to deliver by the Takealotmore "promise" of same day delivery provided the order is placed before 10 AM which it was on both occasions?

I think I will consider closing my account and be done with Takealot. Amazon.co.za has not let me down in this manner. Guess I'll spend hard money with Amazon. Can't wait until their Prime service kicks off in South Africa.
