TakealotMore is a ****

I signed up for the TakelotMore premium subscription. Placed an order, no problems and no delivery fee.

Upon trying to place a second order a few days later, I am being charged R70 delivery. I contacted Takealot via FB and they informed me that I am not subscribed and need to pay R99 again. I sent them my invoice, proof of payment and the email that confirms that I am subscribed, but get no assistance.

I am losing out on days that I get to place my orders on the subscription because of their incompetence.
