Takealotmore Cancellation

I failed to cancel my takealotmore free trial yesterday , I requested that I be refunded but they said if they see I ddnt use the benefits this month they can then refund me!! I asked can they please then close my entire account same robotic answer, Guys this is my money just refund me and close my account that's all I ask!!!!!
