Takealot.com complaint

TakealotMORE subscription is more like a ****. Takealot decided to charge for all deliveries including items more than R500 in net value (unlike they did before), which is the recent change they made. That’s why they introduced TakealotMore subscription (standard- R39 p/m & premium-R99 p/m) so that deliveries of items from R500 in net value are FREE. But we (my wife & myself) realised something weird with this so-called FREE delivery because even though we were given an option for a FREE Trial TakealotMore subscription in order to avoid the R200 delivery (order #: ***5) of an item we bought, Takealot still persists in charging us R200 for delivery which is where the tire meets the road, that is, the **** I alluded to 🤷🏽♂️

I did phone Takealot customer services today in the morning regarding this contradiction and she said if the items are heavy (without specifying the actual value of the weight) then they still charge for delivery even though my wife is a TakealotMore subscriber rendering such a subscription useless but must be paid for. Why?
