TakealotMORE ****

I signed up for the TakealotMore 1-month trial, but R99 was debited from my account even though the push notification on my banking app showed that I was approving a payment of only R1. On top of that, I specifically opted for the standard plan which costs R39, not the premium which costs R99. To make matters worse, the moment I cancelled, I lost all benefits - meaning I essentially paid R99 for nothing.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Takealot for years, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. It gives the impression that Takealot is more focused on making a quick profit than valuing its customers. Because of this, I will no longer be supporting the platform.
