Takealot...is alot of idiots!!!!

They delivered the wrong item, then I had to send pics of the wrong to them (using my data!)...then they sent guy to pick up wrong item...then they will wait to see the actual wrong product with their own eyes...only then will they re-process my original order...what nonsense!!! I had ordered well in advance in order to have the gift for my son's bday which is tomorrow...now there is no gift for him...thanks to the useless people at Takealot.com!!!! Idiots!!!!
