#TakealotFireSale Payment Options Issue

#TakealotFireSale is not working for me. I’ve been struggling for the last 2 days to pay for an order on Takealot. The Discovery Miles payment option is not available. The technical team is not available or reachable over the weekends apparently? Please assist with this?

I logged a ticket, but I got no feedback. I then phoned and was told to try again later. After a lot of waiting and retrying, I phoned again. The support person said that the Technical team doesn’t really work over the weekends, since they work from home. He said that there is no way to get hold of the technical team, but that we can only hope that they will see their emails and work on this issue.

In the meantime I have a lot of items on special and in stock that I cannot order. By the time the technical team attends to this these items may no longer be available at the same prices. Can someone at Takealot please assist? Surely the technical team must be reachable via phone.
