They dont even deserve one star rating. Takealot just reschedule as they pleaae. They give a silvery date and when the time comes the just do thier own thing. I bought a cellphone from them. And when I tried to go to the depo to pick it up they refused to give it to me.... so I has to delay a work trip by a day. Which in my case my time is my salary. I now ordered a desk. And I made arrangements to make sure I am home, I just got the mesaage its been rescheduled for tomorrow. Im sorry but the service had gobe from bad to worse. I would also like to see who signed on ly behalf for my previous orders. They dont even ask a name. They just drop amd go, amd where prior they would ask your name and ask you to sign.
