Takealote delivered the wrong package -missing items

I received a pallet instead of the items I ordered (Order/Claim Ref: MRRN-P54PJ-NV88). I emailed Takealot immediately and followed up multiple times, but they still have not resolved the issue.

Their excuses like “new customer” and “no photos” are completely unacceptable. This is poor service and very frustrating.

Takealot must take responsibility and deliver what I paid for immediately. Other customers should be warned – this can happen to anyone.
