takealot.com WORST SERVICE EVER

I'm really disgusted by takealot.com's service. I logged a return over a week ago and still it has not been collected, I was told it was cancelled because I couldn't be reached - yet no one once tried to call or email me. Then I was told collection would be today only to get a sms this morning saying I couldn't be reached - again no knock at my door, no call nothing. Now I must wait another day - who knows if the person who's supposed to collect the item will come tomorrow? Even far worse the item I bought is not even 6 months old and already giving problems! No call centre to call, no response to emails.
