Takealot.com, worst online shop in SA!!!

Worst online shop ever!!! I have ordered something on Takealot on 26 November 2018. They said it would be delivered on Monday 3 December. Every day since then I received a sms from them to say the parcel is at the courier and will be delivered that day. Till today 11 December I have not received the parcel. I have mailed them a few times and eventually received a mail on 10 Dec to say the parcel was sent to a wrong courier and it will be packed asap and then sent again. Why lie to me every day and send me a sms every day to say the parcel will be delivered that day?
