Takealot.com - Worst online experience ordering a LED Light Therapy mask with 7 colors functions -NOT WORKING!!!

I ordered a LED light therapy mask with 7 colors function from Takealot.com, and it was not working. I sent it back to Takealot.com pack it myself together with my mom. Ncebakazi Mnyamana from Takealot stating the warehouse claimed that they did not receive any accessories. I explained exactly where I packed the accessories and that my mom witnesses me packing everything. I did not receive any communication after our last conversation. I definitely feel that Takealot.com did not want to return my money (R2300) for the faulty device sold to me. Because of my bad first-time buyer experience, I will not advise anyone to purchase from Takealot.com.
