Takealot.com worst company ive ever dealt with

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. From delivering the wrong items to taking weeks to sort out a delivery. They send me a phone with the incorrect charger, then takes 2 weeks to answer me. Still a problem with the wrong charger, The result is I will have to purchase another charger. When the call centre finally answers my call, its a consultant working from home, the kids screaming so loud in the background that I cant hear her, then after holding for 25mins she transfers me to a different company! All i can say is I am so so shocked by the level of service.
