Takealot.com will not see me again!!!!

I am so annoyed with Takealot.com

I ordered two standing floor fans. They sent the wrong fans as per the description on the website. Asked that the items be returned and correct items be sent. No correspondence from them. Eventually they refunded me and I ordered different fans for the price. It came and I liked it so i ordered the SAME set. The TWO fans came in a completely different box, no specs on it and only ONE fan in the box. NOT TWO. How difficult is it to get things right?
