Takealot.com will not accept a negative product review!

Takealot has a review system but will not accept a negative review. I purchased a 4 pack of lights, based on the same product I had purchased as an individual item. Received the product and it was a completely different brand and one was defective. I sent them back and was credited. Happy. However I gave them a negative review of the product and it was rejected as according their standards, the review was not relevant to the product. How can it not be relevant if the supplier is supplying an item that is completely different to the one advertised! Its a warning to the consumer and takealot.com needs to be aware of this. Was basically brushed under the table and even now, they will not accept the negative review! Come takealot, man up and accept the negative review!
