takealot.com where you have to takealot all the time :(

Ordered a 21st key from them for my daughter's birthday. Key arrives all in pieces. Package was never marked as fragile so got knocked around. Returned it requesting a replacement. Advised replacement will only reach me 11/05/2022 this when my daughter's birthday is 05/03/2022.

Investigation leads me to the supplier who advised me that the delay is due to the courier having to make a booking with them to deliver the goods.

Can't phone them as their lines are not working properly. Tried to chat via Facebook but get given the run around. They not allowed to contact you unless you provide them with all your personal details (joke) their excuse, it is as per the popi act. LOL. So then why am I sharing all my personal details with you via a chat??

Non the less, a birthday now has to be cancelled because of their poor service and they don't seem to care.
