Takealot.com Unacceptable Service

I ordered 8 items from Takealot to collect on 28-11-2022. When i got to the collection point in Rivonia only 3 of the 8 items were there. I logged a return immediately. After back and forth over e-mail, today they send me one of the 5 missing items. Where are the other 4? Why did they not initially arrive? Why has it taken 11 days to send half the order again?
