this past few years I have been getting the worst service from them. I have never received that type of service before and I kept addressing the problem with them, but they just won't fix it. Like my recent problem I have, I was supposed to get my pre ordered tomorrow but without any notice they just changed it to next week Friday the 26th. So yeah I'm not very happy at the moment.
