Takealot.com too automated,trips up by relying too much on automation

This is absolutely unacceptable. This was a Black Friday special with a R2000 discount. Three weeks ago your system coulent tell you there was no stock. On the day the item is due for delivery. You send me a mail, no phone call, or attempt to remedy this. Who do i escalate this to? I am tired of dealing with your automated email system. Its ridiculous. I cant wait for Amazon to start up locally.
