Takealot.com to important to give accurate or correct info

Place an order for an item and receive the item without it being sealed or packaged to avoid damage. Parcel returned and replacement ordered, arrives and same condition as the first parcel. Returned again and now wait for feedback from customer care which ironically the main manager apparently does not take escalations? I feel this is absolutely pathetic as I paid for the item and deserve to have this arrive in an acceptable state and not looking like it was kicked around a warehouse!!!

I am now still waiting for feedback as my parcel is apparently ready for collection in Cape Town. problem is I live 1100km away from the warehouse, do I book a flight and get them to pay for my airfare????

I really hope someone decides to actually contact me and sort this out
