Takealot.com Terrible service and incredible Apathy

Terrible service. Borderline apathy towards clients. I bought a generator. Received it, found some factory faults. Sent it back, asked for a REPLACEMENT please.

First Takealot tells me my order is ready to collect, in Cape Town, 1095km from me. I call them and ask about it, they say ok we will ship to you, you will have it by Friday.

Well it is Friday, no generator and I am sent an email now asking do I want a replacement or refund?

Now I got to wait God knows how long before someone deems it appropriate to look at my issue. Terrible service. I made payment immediately when requested to, they are taking weeks and weeks to get ANYTHING done.
