Takealot.com takes no accountability

Takealot.com take NO accountability. Passing the buck. I bought a Samsung dishwasher from them that was defective from inception. They keep telling me I need to take this uo with Samsung. Samsung tells me that Takealot damaged it. I am left in the middle between the two suppliers WITHOUT A WORKING ITEM.
