Takealot.com sucks

I ordered furniture from takealot and paid for same day delivery. The furniture did not arrive and still has not arrived. When I called the day I ordered, I was told it would be delivered that day still. There was no communication after to apologize for not leaving up to their end, which I paid for. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. Don’t make people pay for services you damn well know you cannot deliver on
