Order #***0 was placed and paid on the 20.12.2019

Delivery date 27.12.2019

Parcel was not delivered, I contacted takealot on their Twitter account, they promised that the order will be delivered on the 28.12.2019

28.12.2019 parcel was not delivered, they promised for the 30.12.2019

30.12.2019 order was not delivered, again I contacted them, they advised that order will be delivered on the 31.12.2019

31.12.2019 at 08h00 I contacted them and advised that the order is not yet scanned out for delivery, they advised it will be delivered today.

At 09h00 I advised them the parcel is still not delivered and it is needed for 11h00, they told me that they cannot advise as to what time will it be delivered.

At 13h00 advised them again parcel is not delivered they made empty promises again, at 15h00 I contacted them again, same empty promises and at 17h00 they told me that the courier partners are closed and they will see if they will deliver on the 02.01.2020

Takealot really sucks, this is the 3rd incident this year
