Takealot.com sub standard products and zero service

I bought, after much research, a Mellerware 360 Degree Cordless Stainless Steel kettle from takealot.com on 14 January 2020. This product had a 1 year guarentee.

The kettle broke and tripped the power in 7months and after struggling to get hold of takealot, finally they came to collect the broken kettle for assestment. This was on the 3rd of August.

Now, more than a month later, I have not heared a word, nor have I received a refund and again I am again unable to get hold of takealot.com.

What ever happened to customer service? To doing honest business?

Takealot might be convenient for ordering in your pjs at home, but they are a faceless organisation who ***** your money and sell sub standard products.

I am truelly disgusted!
