Takealot.com - stock and delivery a joke!

Shocking service over a few orders!! Latest Order Number: ***7 showed all in stock and when I paid (over R11000 order) deliver date 3 weeks later! When I called to complain no attempt to try and get stock quicker. Told them to cancel whole order when they were very quick to do and refunded the next day. For a company not making a profit yet - I would fire a sales person who does this! I would train them to find a solution and keep the business under ALL circumstances!!!
