Takealot.com still the most useless company

I still receive any feedback from this terrible company first they cannot tell me when my fridge will be delivered and then the cherry on top is I phoned for a return because my defy fridge water despencer is not working its dripping no takealot said they will return it and collect the fridge that is faul but still nothing and now on the app it says that it was delivered yesterday I was here the whole day no one delivered something but it's my word against theirs so I have no foot to stand on I am going to sit with a fridge I don't want pathetic company I really hope people read this and think twice before they order from them rather use makro or game much better service I guarantee you that
