Takealot.com steels clients money

I ordered 12 braaisets and received order on the 2nd of Nov. These items were in a bad condition and immediately requested a return. Items were collected on the 5th. Up until today I have received no feedback,NO refund on my items. They have no means of contact as all the emails have an automated response. I find this unacceptable and extremely bad customer service and the fact that they have my money and I am without any items Its shows that the return has been concluded on the 7th of November. So basicly Takealot.com stole my money!!! I use to buy regularly from them, but this will be the last.
