Takealot.com staff are retarded
Ordered a beach mat and received a stupid rainwear piece of plastic that appears to cost R20.
I've logged a return of this incorrect product that was shipped to me and requested they provide me with information on when I will be receiving the correct product. The response: "You product is scheduled for collection before 5pm tomorrow". Yeah, I got an SMS saying it is going to be collect, but what about the damn product I've ordered. Where is it? When am I receiving it?
My question was pretty straight forward. You have clowns working at takealot.com? FFS!

Refund me or ship the correct product by 14 Dec 2023, or I return the last 4 orders worth R3300 that I have placed in the past 2 days.
