This place is so sly and dishonest. I order one thing and get another.

I ordered a 3 level doll house for my daughter for her birthday. I received a different doll house that is R415 cheaper than the one I ordered. They are now refusing to give me the R415.

So sly and dishonest. I will be spreading the word.

No one has contacted me to explain that the one I ordered is out of stock and that they are sending me a different one.

The call center just says that I must return the cheaper one but if I did that then my daughter would not have had a birthday present.

I just want my R415 credit.
