Takealot.com sliding

Hi, I had a problem with products that did not state out of stock when I ordered them, they unfortunately do say that now. I did open a ticket on the 7th already takealot.com Request Received: [Order] Ticket ***, but did not recieve feedback as stated till now. Is Takelot.com after being one of the best I ever dealt with becoming like the less than average rest out there now? To big to care anymore? They used to be GREAT, always shipped the next day after ordering,but even with a second order which they do have in stock, my estimated delivery is still two weeks. I didn't want to write this review but as stated above I don't recieve feedback from them.
